The Benefits of Wellness Coaching with Dr. Kim Foster

Wellness healthcare is a fast-growing alternative to the conventional healthcare model and is being offered in more and more locations. These coaches work with clients to improve their quality of life and develop health habits to improve both their mental and physical health. These coaches offer a wide range of services including creating workout routines, dietary planning, and providing positive psychology coaching to improve a client’s wellbeing.

Today on Vibrant Life Allies, we are joined by Dr. Kim Foster. A trained MD, Dr. Foster eventually transitioned into the world of health and wellness coaching, and is the founder of the Wellness Coach Academy, which helps train future health and wellness coaches. We spoke about the benefits of wellness coaching and how health and wellness coaching can change clients’ physical and mental health. We also dive into how the clients and coaches offer each other a unique opportunity to grow from one another’s experiences.
